These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sena4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use sena4d. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and accounts found in violation will be permanently closed.
Each player may hold only one active account on sena4d. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods apply. Review each promotion's individual terms before claiming.
Identity verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and accounts exceeding defined thresholds. Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension and delayed processing.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions are processed via local banks and e-wallets registered in your name only.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sena4d ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Use of the sena4d Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
Age Verification: sena4d employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
To access betting and gaming features on sena4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information current and to notify us immediately of any changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. sena4d reserves the right to suspend all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation. Where fraud is detected, funds may be permanently forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sena4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
sena4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
sena4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Players bear full responsibility for ensuring that deposit and withdrawal details are entered correctly. sena4d accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrectly entered bank account numbers, reference codes, or other player input errors. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by sena4d are subject to these general terms and the individual terms specific to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of conflict, the individual promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. As an example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x applied to a bonus of Rp 100.000 means the Player must place total qualifying bets of Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawing.
Not all games on the sena4d Platform contribute equally — or at all — to satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, certain table games, and low-margin sports markets may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. Sports bets used to meet wagering requirements must typically be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 or higher. Full contribution schedules are published with each promotion.
Bonuses not activated or used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. sena4d is not obligated to notify Players of an impending bonus expiry, though reasonable effort will be made to do so via in-platform notifications.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. sena4d reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or close the Account without prior notice.
All bets placed on the sena4d Platform are subject to acceptance at sena4d's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a valid bet reference number has been issued to the Player. sena4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason, including bets placed at erroneous odds caused by technical or human error.
Where bets are accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — materially different from those available in the open market at the time of placement — sena4d reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. The determination of whether odds are erroneous rests with sena4d and shall be made in good faith.
For sports markets, including football (bandar bola — sports bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and voor bola (handicap) markets:
Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery products are derived from officially published draw outcomes. Any dispute regarding lottery results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw via our support channel.
To comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, sena4d requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, or at any time upon request by our compliance team.
sena4d aims to review and approve submitted KYC documents within 1 to 24 hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and are encrypted using bank-grade security protocols. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are never shared with unauthorised third parties.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sena4d Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances where applicable, and may result in legal action:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of sena4d.
The sena4d name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of sena4d. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants any licence to use any trade mark, trade name, or brand of sena4d.
sena4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or regulatory action — may affect availability. sena4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sena4d excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, sena4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge and accept that: (a) all betting and gaming involves financial risk; (b) you participate voluntarily and at your own risk; (c) sena4d cannot guarantee any particular outcome or profit; and (d) past performance of any game or market is not indicative of future results.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law norms. sena4d operates as an internationally licensed platform and applies industry-standard dispute resolution practices.
Indonesian consumer protection principles are respected in the administration of Player accounts and the resolution of disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, Players may seek resolution through independent dispute resolution channels, details of which are available from our support team.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that cannot be waived by contract.
sena4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notification or email at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
